Art has always been how I make sense of the world. Long before I understood it as a profession or a craft, singing was simply how I processed life — a way to give shape to emotion and to connect with something beyond words. Over the years, my music has evolved, but that core intention hasn’t changed. Whether performing on a stage or recording in a quiet studio, I’m always searching for honesty — that moment when sound and feeling meet, when something real passes between artist and listener. I’m drawn to music that holds depth and contrast: strength and softness, light and shadow, tradition and newness. Those opposites live in me too, and they’ve shaped how I sing, write, and share my work.
My training in coaching and neuroscience has deepened my understanding of people — how we think, how we respond, what moves us. That same curiosity informs my artistry. Music, like coaching, is about presence, empathy, and allowing others to see themselves more clearly. At its heart, my creative life is about connection — not perfection. It’s about telling stories that feel true, even when they’re raw, and trusting that someone out there will recognise themselves in the sound.
