Life Coaching Cancellation Policy

Your coaching sessions are a dedicated time for reflection, growth, and meaningful change. To protect the integrity of our work together — and to respect both our time — the following policy applies:

• Cancellations and Rescheduling:
  If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• Rescheduling Options:
  With sufficient notice, I’ll do my best to reschedule your session within the same week, depending on availability.
• Illness or Emergencies:
  If you’re unwell or unable to attend in person, your session can take place via Zoom instead. Please let me know before your appointment so arrangements can be made.
• Packages and Programs:
  Sessions within a package or program must be used within the agreed timeframe to maintain momentum and consistency. Unused sessions are non-refundable once the program has begun.
• Coach Cancellations:
  In the rare event that I need to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date as soon as possible.
