Vocal Coaching Cancellation Policy

​Your lesson time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness and consistency for all students — and to maintain the rhythm of your progress — please review the following guidelines:

• Cancellations and Rescheduling:
  If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  
• Rescheduling Options:
  When possible, I’ll do my best to offer an alternative slot within the same week. Lessons cannot be carried forward into future weeks or terms, as this disrupts the flow of learning.
  
• Missed Lessons:
  Missed lessons without prior notice are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
  
• Illness or Unable to Attend in Person:
  If you’re feeling unwell but able to sing, your lesson can take place via Zoom instead — simply let me know before your scheduled time.
  
• Term and Package Lessons:
  Lessons are typically booked in blocks to secure your time each week. These must be used within the term and are non-refundable once booked, except in exceptional circumstances.
  
• Teacher Cancellations:
  In the rare event that I need to reschedule, you’ll be offered a make-up lesson or refund for that session.
