Who I Am

About Grace Foley Life Coach
I’m Grace Foley — a certified Coach with Neuroscience, vocal coach, and songwriter based in Killarney, Ireland.
My work centres around helping people strengthen the voice within — the one that guides them to live, create, and communicate with authenticity and confidence.
My path wasn’t linear. I began in music, training classically and later working professionally as a contemporary Irish vocalist and vocal coach. Over time, I realised that the emotional freedom I taught singers was the same freedom people needed in their lives. That realisation led me to train with Positive Success Group as a Coach with Neuroscience — blending science, intuition, and lived experience into a coaching style that is deeply human and deeply practical.
In 2024, being diagnosed as autistic with ADHD reshaped everything. It gave me language for my experiences, deepened my compassion, and strengthened my commitment to creating safe, empowering, and honest spaces where people feel fully understood and able to be themselves.

My Story — Becoming a Coach

Grace Foley Life Coach Background
For as long as I can remember, music was my identity. When I stepped away from my lifelong ambition of a full-time music career, I felt lost — like I had no anchor, no direction, and no clarity on who I was without it.
Coaching changed everything.
It wasn’t what I expected — it wasn’t lists, goals, or “you can do it.”
It was practical, grounding, and deeply transformative.
Coaching helped me:
• understand who I truly am
• reconnect with my values
• rebuild my confidence
• make decisions from a place of truth, not fear
• trust myself again
That experience was so powerful that I trained to become a coach myself.
Today, I work with both coaching clients and vocal students who need support on a deeper level — not just goals, but identity, self-understanding, and sustainable confidence.
My mantra, and the one I want every client to walk away with, is:
“I’ve got me.”

What I Do

Coaching with Grace
My coaching approach is neuroscience-informed and person-centred.
I don’t focus solely on the goal — I work with the person behind it.
I help clients:
• understand themselves more deeply
• recognise the patterns shaping their decisions
• clarify their values
• build self-trust
• make confident, aligned choices
• create sustainable change that actually lasts
Sessions are a mix of structured guidance, curiosity, and creativity — practical, engaging, and rooted in authenticity.

Who I Support

Coaching with Grace who she works with
• Young adults (13–25)especially those facing big decisions around education, identity, and life direction.
Unlike career guidance, I focus on the whole person, not just the choice they need to make.
• Women navigating transitions including career changes, returning to work, new beginnings after endings, and rediscovering themselves in midlife.
• People moving on from therapy who want a practical, forward-focused, supportive “bridge” towards the next chapter.
• Creatives and new business owners seeking clarity, confidence, and grounded decision-making.

Why People Choose to Work With Me

People choose me because they can see that I live what I teach.
My story is visible, real, and proof of what coaching can do.
Clients say they choose me because:
• I show up authentically every time
• I am qualified and neuroscience-informed
• my own transformation is evidence of what’s possible
• I never promise quick fixes
• I help them become their own greatest coach, not depend on me
• they feel extremely safe and supported
• they trust that I’m honest, grounded, and fully human
I don’t mould people into a predefined version of themselves — I help them uncover the version that was always there.

My Work Beyond Coaching

Alongside coaching, I am a contemporary Irish vocalist and songwriter.
My musical career includes:
• Five albums: Home to Kerry, Unleashed, A Time for Christmas, Unmasked, and A Time for Christmas Volume II
• Regular performances on RTÉ TV, Lyric FM, and national/local media
• A warm, distinctive contralto voice shaped by classical training and a love for storytelling
In 2025, I launched Soul Talks Live — a monthly storytelling and interview series celebrating honest conversations, creativity, and community. The first event featured Paul Rooney of Muddy Souls.
My upcoming album, Christie and Me, releasing February 2026, blends four Christie Hennessy classics with two of my original songs — an album rooted in heart, heritage, and connection.
Music will always be part of who I am, and it enriches every part of my coaching work.

My Philosophy

I believe:
• self-understanding creates self-trust
• self-trust creates strong decision-making
• strong decisions create sustainable, authentic change
You don’t need someone to tell you what to do.
You need someone who can help you hear yourself.
That’s the work.
That’s the transformation.
And that’s what I’m here for.

My Promise to You

When you work with me, you can trust that:
• I will always be honest with you
• I will meet you exactly where you are
• I will never push you into decisions
• I will empower you, not rescue you
• I will hold a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported
• I will help you build the self-trust needed to say:
“I’ve got me.”
